Custom Orders 

Custom orders are welcome anytime!  I create arena shirts, vests, skirts, suits, dresses, and if I didn't name it just ask if I can do it!  Depending upon the availability on my calendar it can take anywhere from a week to a few months for you to receive your custom order.  The sooner you get in touch with me the better! 

Custom Order Process

If you are serious about having a custom garment made you should contact me to get on my calendar asap.  In order to ensure your spot on my calendar I require a $50 deposit which is non-renfundable and will go towards your balance on any custom order.  Deposits can easily be made through paypal.  Paypal deposits can be made to wahinewoman@yahoo.com Check or money orders can be made to Jessica Carmello.  Please contact me to make sure that I can meet your deadline before you make a deposit.

After we have discussed the design of your custom garment I will send out sketches for your consideration, or in some cases you will be sending me sketches (which is my favorite!)  We will go back and forth here until we get the design just right. 

Once your designs are finalized I ask for your materials deposit which is the estimated cost of your materials.  Soon after your materials are purchased an invoice is sent out with your remaining total, which can be paid in payments or in full, as long as it is paid in full before the item ships.

Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable!  I will however advertise any garment that was made by melloworks in the for sale section of this website anytime, free of charge.

Custom Embroidery

Custom embroidery is also available!  We can embroider on your existing garment, or on a custom made garment!  Please contact me if you are interested!

Payment Methods

I accept personal checks, money orders and paypal (all credit cards accepted)  If paying through paypal, depending on the amount there will be a small additional fee that will not exceed $12.00.  Paypal payments can be sent to wahinewoman@yahoo.com Check or money orders can be made payable to Jessica Carmello.  Please email me for my mailing address!
